This document is an example of a bespoke plan that my team and I created for the city of La Mesa as part of their climate initiative. The plan’s goal was to guide citizens of La Mesa through an adoption funnel from awareness to the use and adoption of green infrastructure that the city had built.
My team and I consulted with the client to establish their communication goals. We gathered and analyzed original market data to develop an appropriate funnel, created content schedules and distribution plans, and created branded content in the established tone of voice.
The city adopted the plan and implemented the steps to great success.
